My husband and i stayed at this hotel, Would definetly stay at this hotel again, our room was exceptionally clean, hassle free check in, and walking distance from town too.

We selected Riverside House Hotel because we needed to be in Cirencester on a particular weekend and it was a better value option than the Travelodge, which was a whopping £160 per night, probably because of the Christmas market. The site is a little unusual - I suspect it was a conference centre or something in the past? - but very well located. It was quiet and you can walk into town from there. The room was VERY nice - much better than the Travelodge would have been. There is no manned reception but there was a very quick response to SMS - we found there were no teaspoons in our room so I texted and someone delivered two within minutes. The only one thing is that if (like us) you like to drink a lot of tea or coffee, I would take extra supplies of them including milk. There did not seem to be anywhere to replenish the supplies in the room, though I did look downstairs. There was a vending machine selling tea but I decided that was too expensive! We had brought extra tea anyway so we just got some milk in town. None of this was a problem. It was a great stay in a good location.

This is an interesting place in some ways. It has all the feel of being backed by someone or a company that has plenty of money. Everything is clean tidy but rather soulless. In other words if you are travelling in the area and don’t mind where you stay this is clean tidy and will definitely do the job and it’s really worth the price. It’s £100 less than anything else in the area, but actually in my case, I wanted something a bit pleasant, but my assistant booked this for me, so it didn’t really suit my needs. I wanted olde worlde Cotswold cottagey style and of course this is not that. I was disappointed because the freshly painted walls admitted fumes all night giving me a banging headache

This place is a little gem, clean comfortable well priced and a fantastic breakfast. We will stay here again next time we stay in Cirencester

Can't fault this place. Room was spot on and breakfast cooked to order.10 minute stroll to town centre. Secure car parking. What more could you ask for?

Absolutely brilliant experience. Room was great and breakfast cooked for us when we ordered. Parking was secure and security personnel very professional and friendly.

The rooms are realy nice and roomie, clean and fresh. The cook was very helpfull . Happy to cook me a breakfast of fresh bacon, beans and pocked egg, without the molt vinage . As i have celiac disease.

Quiet simply don't come here. It's part of mitsubishi and is not tailored for guests. The staff are ridiculously rude unless you are of power at mitsubishi, then the fake smiles come out. There is no hotel standards such as 24 hour reception, evening bar or a simple vending machine. You have the workers from the depot behind coming in and out using toilets and beverages when the evening food runs which is 6:30 to 7:50 pm.. that's it. As for the rooms they are ridiculously warm, the thermostat on the wall is irrelevant. The beds/mattress super soft and super used, you can easily tell by the fact they are indented. The food is Meh, undercooked breakfast and evening meals have spent a few minutes in a microwave. This was wrote at 4:20am due to the whine and drumming of the electrical system by someone who has not slept in 2 days. So much for my training course.

Great price accommodation, clean comfortable rooms and superb breakfast. Very secure car park with manned gate house. Highly recommended if you are a tradesman with tools in your van.

Excellent place to stay close to the town centre, you can walk into the town centre in around 15 mins. Quiet and plenty of secure parking. Arrival is very flexible as can collect room keys from the parking security gate at anytime of the night.The full English breakfast is excellent. I have been staying here for the last 8 years when I attend the WOMAD music festival in July nearby

Clean and good size rooms. Breakfast was good too. Good place to stay especially if you are travelling on a motorbike as the parking is very secure and monitored.
